   Just had my AC units serviced by Robert from KC 23 1/2 Hour service.  Very friendly, professional and thorough!! Explained everything about each units current condition.    Casey came to our house to assess our water heater needs and situation. We were curious about pros and cons of the hybrid heat pump water heaters vs. the tankless water heaters. Our current system is very old and loud. We know we want to replace it. I think we're going to go with the tankless unit based on our needs.    We own a home in Palm Springs that was built in 1946. In November of 2022, we discovered that the original main gas line that ran underneath our home in a concrete slab was leaking. This main gas line serviced the home along with the hot tub heater in the backyard. The city red tagged our home and shut off the gas. We quickly started researching plumbing companies online and found KC’s 23 1/2 Hour Plumbing. They had great reviews and an informative website. We called KC’s 23 1/2 Hour Plumbing along with a couple of other companies. All of the other companies phones were answered by voicemail but KC’s answered immediately. The client service rep at KC’s was able to get us on their schedule for the next day to have our situation assessed. The following day, Jesse C. arrived from KC’s for the assessment. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. As a result, we proceeded forward with KC’s 23 1/2 Hour Plumbing for the gas line repiping. It was a sizable job that took several days. New gas lines had to be installed throughout the home and to the hot tub heater outside. We were extremely impressed with Jesse C. and his crew as they were very knowledgeable, courteous and neat. They exceeded our expectations! We highly recommend KC’s 23 1/2 Hour Plumbing and will use them for any future plumbing repairs.

   The home we rented had no heat. I texted the owner on a Saturday night - he said he would have someone there within the hour. AMAZINGLY - he kept his word and a pro was there quickly! Tony - the technician - worked diligently in an attempt to repair the furnace and apologized that he couldn't get parts until Monday. Tony was considerate - clean - and knew exactly what the issue was. Just good old fashioned customer service!

   I contacted KC’s, because they were recommended by my neighbor and a known company in the Valley for years. The on-call plumber (Jose Guiterez) was extremely professional and knowledgeable from the initial phone call through the end of the job.
Customer service goes a long way, especially when a resident or homeowner is experiencing a difficult sewage/ plumbing issue in the home. Despite the after hours call, Jose carried himself very well with customs and courtesies, while maintaining a good work ethic. The service was appreciated.
