"I recently had leaks that appeared to be at floor level in both of my bathrooms. My wife and I both work during the week so I made a Saturday appointment to have the leaks inspected. The leaks turned out to be severe in the master bath and repairable in the gues bath but my wife and I decided to have both toilets replaced with the ADA type because both of us are having knee problems and that would make things easier. I asked if we could schedule to have the work done the following Saturday but the plumber offered to do the work the next day on Sunday at no additional charge. I have never bad a service tech be this friendly and eager to please. The work was completed the next day, Sunday, by two pleasant and very helpful plumbers. I will always us KC's Plumbing in the future."

"There is one issue we are working togeter to resove. The plumber had some difiulty resuting old pipe breaking in wall & had to cut about 3 by 2 ft. of drywall about 5 pieces in all. Terry is willing to split the cost. 5 star if he comes through. I will call on 5/17/10 to follow-up."

Prices are somewhat higher than some others but their guarantee was much longer than the others and they do all of their own warranty work in house. If rating solely on customer service and workmanship I rate five stars for service.

"I called KC'd 23 1/2 Hour Plumbing on a Monday morning. Jon and Raul were at my home by 2:30. I told them about my issues with the (2) garbage disposals and leaking kitchen faucet. They immedicately assessed the problems; advised me to replace; and gave me set prices with three levels of quality. Upon my approval Jon and Raul went to work and had replaced the garbage disposals and the sink within a couple of hours. Additionally, they unclogged my shower and the tub in the llaundry room. I was thrilled with their professionalism, quality of produckts and efficiency. Excellent service! Will be calling KC for all of my plumbing needs. "
